About Us

Hi Folks.

 

My name is Cheryll and I am originally from a small town called Bandarawella in Sri Lanka. My husbands name is Michel and he was born in Normandy, France. We have both lived and travelled in Australia for over 30 years. Michel speaks fluent French and a touch of Spanish. He has an unusual sense of humour and loves meeting new people who share his love for travelling. I love looking after people, cooking and living a joyous life. Please come and visit with us and we promise you original and delicious food, comfortable accommodation and plenty of laughs

Our B&B is a little Oasis sorrounded by trees, ferns and lots of very happy birds. We love to celebrate, so please let us know of any occassion you wish to remember and we will try to make it a special one.

“Welcome to The Bay Bed and Breakfast Experience”
From your hosts Cheryll and Michel.
 
For the Early Birds a Continental Breakfast is served daily between 6am and 8am.Try our delicious homemade jam and local honey!!

 

Between 6.30am and 8.30am we offer a variety of breakfasts on different days depending on the length of your stay.

 

Crepe a l’ Orange: Served with homemade champagne and orange syrup, caramel and butterscotch sauces. We also have the traditional Maple Syrup and chocolate toppings!

 

Croque Madame a mouth watering French creation of bread layered with Dijon mustard, ham, cheese and topped with an egg.

 

Omelette Normandie". This delicate creation will transport you "sur un nuage" to dance with the whales.

 

Home baked croissants- "a major taste sensation"

 

Herb creamed Scrambled eggs- accompanied by Bubble and Squeak (vegetarian), tomatoes and bacon.

Quiche with asparagus and bacon - individual servings with crusty Turkish bread

 

Frittata - made with eggs, cream, sweet potato and herbs. Served with crusty Turkish bread
